when I received my shoes, they seemed to fit too big, so I wanted to exchange them, but they don't have my size in this shoe Vale sandal. I have asked 3 times if they would be getting them back in stock, and so far. . . . not one word.

Ordered the white Vale shoes and they arrived as a different style. Ordered the brown which arrived as a tan almost the same as the top of the sole vs a cognac color.

I bought 2 pairs of sandals. They are beautiful! They arrived quickly. I really like them. The only issue I have with them so far is the bottom is VERY slick. There's a small patch of grooves on the front part and NOTHING on the back side so I slipped all over the floor, trying to get out of a booth at a restaurant.
