Shipping has been very slow and have not received it yet

Not received product. Apartment number was not on order number after manually typing address. Phone call to your helpline and Australia Post did not achieve anything. Not happy. I wish to have my money refunded.

Ordered 4 weeks ago, and still nothing.

Just want to know if anything can be done?

No help whatsoever I feel scammed I will never buy from you again and if I don’t receive the product in the next two weeks I expect a full refund.
