If you do not like

If you do not like you case or find fault with it you cannot return it without paying more than the case itself based on shipping to you and the return. Furthermore they do not make the specs clear on their website, such as it does not work with other wireless chargers. I reached out to complain but no resolution was given other than a general apology. I am now stuck with a case that I paid extra for with shipping only to not have it work with any of my wireless chargers. They should be more clear and helped my predicament better.

After receiving my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong model (I wanted a cover for iPhone XS Max). Now, after about 2 weeks and filling out the return request form and two emails from customer service, I still haven't received instructions to return my order.
