The design of the case is weak. The edges are starting to get loose in the first month and I fear it getting worse leading to my phone falling out of the case

Not sure how to return the case.

This is a good product and have been using them for years. Normally I purchase my cases from a store. I decided to try online shopping on your site as I really like your products but I was extremely disappointed in the process. First of all, I thought it had a spot to put a chain. One of the cases had a spot but no chain. I didn't realize there were cases without or I wouldn't have purchased 3. So maybe this is my fault as I should have looked at this further. Then custom charges were extremely expensive for 3 cases. $25! I was not expecting this at all or I wouldn't have purchased them. No cost savings. Finally, we tried to return/exchange them for the ones with the chain but this was a hard task. 1) Shipping back was extremely expensive - ~$200! 2) return address information such as phone number was hard to obtain for the courier. We gave up as it took too much time. I didn't save any money plus I did not get a product that I wanted. Never again.
