Ordered my item on November

Ordered my item on November 21st. It shipped on November 22nd. Contacted support to inquire about my order on December 19th, and was told that it was in the country but had no estimated delivery date. Response was fast at that time. Reached out again on December 30th to request a refund since my item was lost in the mail 6 weeks after shipping - I have received no response to that request as of January 6th. I have no phone case and no refund, very disappointed. Will not buy from you again.

Customer service says it would be delivered soon but the delivery said it failed and it would be returned to sender. I want my refund.

The cases I bought from

The cases I bought from Ideal of Sweden in the past have generally arrived within a reasonable amount of time however this most recent one has been over 30 days and counting. I placed the order (116046816) on Nov 24 and received a shipping confirmation on Nov 27. When I didn’t see any shipping updates for 2 weeks, I wrote to Ideal of Sweden asking for a status on Dec 17. I received an auto-reply on Dec 19 ensuring I would receive a reply “ASAP”. It’s Dec 23 today and I haven’t seen a reply, the tracking number shows no updates since Dec 2, and I’m still waiting for the case.

it is now 1 month

it is now 1 month since i placed my order and 1 week since I contacted Ideal of Sweden, and still no items and no reply from Ideal of Sweden
