Hi . I live in Durban KZN I did order the Tosca Cadura 33 L Backpack from iBags to collect in store. A few days later Andrew from iBags contact me to inform me that the above mentioned bag are not available. Andrew said iBags can give me an alternative bag , that he will send me the pictures or the replacement bag. I ask him one question is it at least the same quality he guaranteed me it is much better , I said to him leave the pictures I will take your word for it. Andrew said they will courier the bag down to me as well at no extra cost . I received the bag in less than 24 hours in my hand. this bag is what Andrew promised me and they courier it to me this is the first time in my life that a Company has done that that i know of . You guys at iBAGS deserve to be on top of the world well done Thanks Frans

Andrew you were the star of this purchase. From the order where you used your initiative to call me as I marked collection instead of delivery and you saw I was not even close to Sandton. Due to stock take it took a little longer for delivery but Andrew kept following up with me and made sure I received my order before we left on our trip. Andrew 10/10 for your exceptional service!!
