A terrific job by ibags. One black leather briefcase ordered on line from New York. Delivered to Bedfordview, Johannesburg by ibags. Lock never worked. Complained to ibags, The briefcase was collected, repaired with a new lock, and returned to my home in 7 days. Cost? No charge. The briefcase is now perfect. A brilliant job. I am very grateful. Well done Michael and Andrew from ibags. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody who says "From where did you get that great leather briefcase! Thanks for a great job guys. I am very grateful and there I was thinking that 'service' was a thing of the past! How wrong I was!
