I wish to have a free shipping and returns. I paid to receive, try, and then paid another shipping cost again to return the shoes. When Im buying a Hush Puppies shoes in the future definitely will search for a third party web site with better costumer policy.

Need to offer free returns

Ordered two pairs of shoes. One cancelled after ordered as out of stock. The second pair arrived and were too small and poor quality. I suppose the returns process made it clear I'd be charged to return the shoes, but this was your mistake - these shoes were definitely not size 13, they were actually shorter than a size 12 I compared them with. I won't be buying Hush Puppies again, sorry.
