Customer service and quality is excellent. But my last few orders seem to have bogged down in FedEx ground system. One item took 3 weeks to arrive as it went from TX to CA where I live, then back to PA, IL, AZ and finally CA! I wish H&C could look into the service they're getting from FedEx. My orders used to arrive within 3-5 days. Even USPS has a better shipment record. Thank you.
