I've tried so many things to keep my hair from being mangled overnight. Elastic bands, head bands of all types, clips and I finally found what works for me. The HOH sleep cap. Comb your hair so you can tuck your hair behind your ears, put on the sleep cap and wake up without creases and dents in your hair! It now takes me a fraction of the time it formerly took to style my hair on day two. The sleep cap looks a little..... unglamorous but it works. I am very happy and have ordered a few more so I can have a clean cap at all times.
