I've purchased items 3 or 4 times (if my memory is correct!) & it has been fine every time. One item was the cornicello & malocchio on a chain & it will go to my granddaughter at some point. She's 8 1/2 & I think I'll give it to her either for her birthday or Christmas this year. Another time, I ordered 2 Christmas ornaments & one arrived broken. I contacted Hardcore & they apologized for that. Their response was sending me a free tee shirt that I now wear proudly. That kind of customer service is greatly appreciated nowadays & makes buyers rate the company very highly.
