First package was lost during the January snow storm and they sent a replacement. A few weeks later I got the original and sent it back. The entire process was very easy. The jeans are great, fit well and long inseam (I have a 35” inseam).

Will only order from good American moving forward! It is so hard to find tall girl jeans but these are perfect and SO cute. I get compliments on my genes every time I wear them!
