There was something wrong with the original return label and a new one had to be issued. Gina Tricot told me I need to issue a new one, and I tried, but the FedEx website would not let me. FedEx customer service said that if the problem on their website persists (which it did), they can’t do it for me but instead Gina Tricot needs to help me. However, Gina Tricot customer service is refusing to help me.
So I am now stuck with an unwanted order I can’t return, neither FedEx nor Gina Tricot are willing to help me, and Gina Tricot also won’t reimburse me for the items without receiving them. Why should I lose 200 Euro for an order I don’t want when I have tried absolutely everything in my power to get the return items back to them and THEY are the ones refusing to help? I won’t accept this.
