The shoes I ordered were advertised as ‘final sale’ so, when I received them in the mail and they were too big I was worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange them for a smaller size. I contacted customer service and they agreed to take back the original shoes in exchange for the smaller size. I’m very happy with my purchase and with my customer service experience.

I have been a G.H. Bass customer all of my life. The iconic style and quality is a staple of the American wardrobe.
