I feel mixed as delivery was great as was customer service when I spoke to them. However you can't keep people waiting for their money for so long on returns. I sent back a jacket two and a half weeks ago and I haven't even received a confirmation email that it's been received? So when will I get my money back? It's a lot of money too. Not good enough .....This has put me off buying online again. Shame....

My issue was not addressed . The shoes I bought were expensive and are unwearable. Very unhappy .

The site is incompatible with safari, and would not seem to work with iPads as efficiently as it should. It looks cheap for the price of the goods it sells, a trashy seaside tourist trap rather than a nice clothing store. Returns are far too difficult, and the use of lower end autobot answering machine makes the process frustrating.

Hi there, Ganni love your shoes and your clothes but you customer experience is the worst I ever experienced! I had the bad luck to buy boots one size bigger. I discovered first that is possible to just request a size smaller or change it. But when then I ordered the smaller one they arrived on the wrong colour in a day aged box! Most of all now I have to deal with the worst experience of return where 1. It’s not clear on your support page what to do as you have more points that are not making sense using a terminology that is really far away to offering the user an easy job and 2. I contacted your customer service and dove two days you haven’t reply to any of the two emails I sent you! It’s literally awful as now I have to wait for your customer service to send me this other return document and I have no idea when it will get back to me.
