Fast and as described

I love the clothing from F&O, but shipping options are limited., and it’s taken up to three weeks to get my order! Also, when buying things on sale I understand the no return policy, but when something doesn’t fit, we should be allowed to exchange it, even if customers pay for the cost of shipping (I know I wouldn’t mind). I bought my first pair of trousers from F&O and I absolutely loved the color, fabric and everything, but the size 36 waist was waaaaayyyy small! I still don’t know what to do with them. Another criticism I have is again with trousers, F&O offers set sizes only. So if you want a sized 36W x 32L, they don’t even offer it. I have never seen that before, and it’s the same with all their trousers. Despite the criticisms, I should take off one star, the styles, quality, and price are just so good. F&O is my new favorite shop!
