I love their products, but customer support is terrible. I tried to use a coupon I received directly from them via text, but had trouble with it and never heard back from customer support. I also received a wrong item and never heard from customer support. Disappointing service but cute products.

Love the bottom that I purchased. I ordered with 4 to 5 days shipping time available with express shipping. I am located in Henderson Nevada. The PO Box for the company is located in henderson/Las Vegas. I thought that there would be plenty of time for my purchase to be delivered, but I was disappointed when I found that it was shipped and delivered two days into my trip.

Took a while to get to me, but overall ok experience. They need to adjust their size chart; I ordered according to that and they were still to small. Boo.
