I enjoyed shopping for the shoes collection on your website but was frustrated to find that there's no shipping tracking service after purchase. Also there's no "Order History" tracking on the customer account. It'll be better if the customer can review the status of the order and the history of the purchase. It seems to be the standard of most retail websites!

Ordered several pair of fitness shoes, different brands. 2/3 of products ended up not being in stock, with my only finding out and being refunded weeks later.

Please make them available.
