I have followed the brand Emmy of London for the last six months because I love supporting independent British 🇬🇧 small businesses\. I was also aware, from reading royal fashion blogs, that it is one of the Middleton sisters’, Sophie and Zara brands. Visiting the boutique was a breath of fresh air. The customer service was everything you hope for—warm, engaging, and unhurried, with nothing being too much trouble. It was wonderful to experience such genuine, personal service. I left the shop with a spring in my step and a beautiful shoe accessory. After dreaming about the shoes for days, I purchased a pair of rose pink high heeled shoes and the matching handbag for my daughter’s graduation. Despite the heat, the shoes were incredibly comfortable, even while walking on cobbled streets. The matching handbag completed the outfit beautifully and made me feel elegant, confident, and ready to celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you, Emmy, for creating such timeless, beautifully crafted pieces and for providing an exceptional shopping experience.
