I sent the pair back, ups. Am waiting for a size up. Wanted to try on a pair at Land Rover. Service was terrible.

Terrible. I have been a good customer for years in your British boutiques and online in the US. I needed to return something and requested a return label via email last week. Was told to pay for shipping myself as the item was less than $199. I will not shop with you online anymore as you did not care to even look to see that I had spent thousands over the years. Not a way to expect customer loyalty.

Very bad Customer Service, no judgement, no genuine care for customers.

The online shoe color needs to be corrected to the true color of this shoe.
