I find the people in Customer Service in the USA facility to be very helpful, knowledgeable and and keen on getting the customer the desired product in the right fit. In today's world the common carriers are getting somewhat less reliable, but the DuBarry folks are there, making sure the product gets to the customer in a timely manner. I really appreciate that.
