I ordered two pairs. But the one I wanted, though a lovely boot that I wish I could have kept. . . the heel and front and top of boot was just too loose. The toe area and front area bottom and tip was nice and snug. But with each step my heel would rise more than an inch. So I returned them and received a credit. The credit was a done quickly. I really like this boot and wish it fit me better. I had a pair just like this one that I wore for years fifty years ago. I accidentally destroyed them. The other pair I received was a good value, comfortable and fits well. But it is lower and has a zipper and is tighter than I returned. I really would like the Dingo 1969 but one that fits me. I am quite satisfied with working with Dingo. I wonder if others have the same problem or if they just have fatter feet. The problem is the distance between the arch and the top of the bottom of the boot. It's too great a distance vertically so the ankle area and top of bottom are too large. Thanks , Carl
