Customer service was very helpful and gave alternative suggestions when the fabric colour I had chosen was out of stock. They were also able to accommodate the rest of the bridal party that had already purchased dresses and needed to change their orders due to the low supply. It was timely and refunds were processed quickly so that the entire party was able to order the same dresses.
