Never got back to me, item still hasn’t shipped.

I have submitted a question twice and have not heard back!

I did not receive the item. I could not get a hold of customer service.

Very disappointed

Never received a confirmation email for my order. Never received shipping notification for my order. Package was delivered to the wrong address because someone at Dessy mistyped my unit #. I triple checked when I had to file a claim with fedex when nothing was received. Luckily fed ex saved the day, but don’t waste your time stressing and avoid purchasing from here.
