Size too small despite size chart and want to exchange for next size

Shipping was expensive and I had to exchange my size so I had to pay extra.

I’ve had calzuro shoes before and the same size women’s 10 but for some reason the shoe just does not fit too well.

wish a coupon would’ve been offered for a long period of time instead of a one day

Not happy with the sizing. Have had to do TWO returns, as they are still too small. Second return, we have to pay shipping. They need to update their size range for US womens sizing. Daughter wears a 7.5, and they have her in an 8.5-9.0. Unbelievable.
