Took a while for delivery but arrived nicely packaged and product is high quality. Unfortunately, they are not for people with wide feet. I had tried on a friends pair in my size and they felt fine but once I purchased, the ones I received were more narrow. Good quality product, sadly not for me and my wife feet.

Maria was very nice but almost shipped my exchange to my billing address. And idk why she would do that being that my initial order was not shipped to my billing address. She called me and left a voicemail but when I’m at work, I can’t really answer phone calls. I’m glad I caught it in the confirmation email and I was able to reply to that before it shipped out.

I ordered a size 8 at first and they were too small. I ordered a size 9 they are too big but I’m dealing with it. I think you need to invest in half sizes.

Service and delivery were great. My only problem was the product itself. I was very happy with the color, material and appearance of the shoe. For me there is not enough support in this shoe. It was not a good fit and I will have to look into getting another shoe for work.
