The first pair of calzuzo's I purchased for the first time in years was too small. Smaller than the pair I had years ago ( same size). However, the exchange for a bigger size was easy and customer service was excellent. The replacement pair is just as comfortable as I remember. On my feet for 10-11 hours and these are a must!
