I had to swap sizes/colors and the process was fast and easy, especially since they offer an option so you don't have to print out a label. I have narrow feet and unfortunately these didn't work out for me as my foot was slipping out with the next size up despite the length being good. I think it would have been better if I had used the straps and insoles, too. I regret not purchasing the Valentine's day bundle in time to get the color I would have wanted. Maybe next year!
