I was fortunate not to require any assistance so cannot comment on communication as not much was needed. I placed an order and item was beautiful as expected and arrived in good time with appropriate updates from seller.

Lovely item. I ordered samples to match to my dress, then ordered two different lengths in my chosen veil. They arrived quickly & were perfect! So lightweight but hang really well. It was really helpful ordering the samples first and I thought everything was great value in comparison to similar items I had seen elsewhere. Can't wait to wear it next month!
