I had a fantastic experience with Britten - I tried on a few different veils and then finally found the one I fell in love with. Each veil arrived packaged beautifully and when I needed to return them, they were refunded really quickly. The only thing I'd mention is that there isn't the option for free returns. This would be really helpful to people because they often need to try on multiple veils. If you introduced free returns, it would be an all round perfect experience with Britten. Oh and my veil is absolutely stunning and I love it so much!
