Didn’t end up buying a veil from Britten but the customer service was so good when I contacted them, I had to leave a review. I would 100% recommend buying from them. Their staff are exceptional. I decided to stick with the veil I had in the end but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the veils at Britten!

I had a few questions about a piece and the staff went above and beyond to help, even suggesting changes I could make to have a bespoke piece made. Would definitely encourage people to ask questions they couldn’t be more helpful.

Words cannot express how well attended too, I was. Nicholas kindness and patience to help guide me to the right veil, really took me back. The veil arrived and it was everything I had imagined! It left me thinking why didn't I do this sooner with Britten veils. The joy that Nichola has imparted will definitely shine through on the day, as I wear my veil with absolute pride!
