Amazing customer service! From the moment I sent an inquiry about a veil that was out of stock online, Nichola was extremely fast at responding and willing to help me in making a decision about a veil (I ended up doing a bespoke veil). Unfortunately, I wasn't sent the veil that I had requested (it had the wrong cut); I was worried that if I reached out I would be told that I hadn't been clear enough and that there was nothing that they could do since it was bespoke, but instead, Nichola immediately apologized and said they would send the corrected veil next business day! I thought that this was very generous of them considering that it included shipping to the US. The veil I ended up receiving was perfect, and despite the issue with the order, I will recommend Britten to all of my friends who are getting married in the future.
