To say that I was bowled over by the care and service with great attention to detail would be an understatement. Having communicated with other veil specialists online this was the first time I felt 100% looked after. Nichola and then Jackie both went above and beyond in helping me choose the right colour. They were there every ate of the way for questions and suggestions. The quality of the design and making is second to none but the care and attention of the team just knock it out of the ballpark as our American friends would say. Even the attention to detail for all packaging from the samples to the dress itself show this is a company who cares. I got the double layered horsehair and I cannot wait to wear it. Show stopper.
