I had a few questions about a piece and the staff went above and beyond to help, even suggesting changes I could make to have a bespoke piece made. Would definitely encourage people to ask questions they couldn’t be more helpful.

Words cannot express how well attended too, I was. Nicholas kindness and patience to help guide me to the right veil, really took me back. The veil arrived and it was everything I had imagined! It left me thinking why didn't I do this sooner with Britten veils. The joy that Nichola has imparted will definitely shine through on the day, as I wear my veil with absolute pride! I would highly recommend Britten Weddings for our wedding veil. I spoke with both Nichola and Jackie at Britten for their recommendation on what would work best with my dress. They were so helpful. I was then able to order two veils to try two different colours with the ability to send one back for a refund. I was accidently sent two veils of the same colour, and Britten immediately rectified the mistake and sent me the right colour via 1 day delivery. I was so impressed with the service. I would recommend the veil hanger and bag, I have a small flat and was able to store the veil in this. On my wedding day there was not one crease in the veil and didn't even need to use a steamer. My veil went perfectly with my dress on the day, I loved it!
