I needed a veil on a tight timeline. I found one advertised on Britten’s website but had second thoughts the next day. I sent them a message to hold off on the order and received a very timely reply. From there we exchanged many emails to include exploring custom options that would suit my painfully unique dress perfectly. For reasons completely out of my/Britten’s hands, I finally opted for a simple custom length veil with embroidered words of which I would attach the lace from my dress myself. The shipping was incredibly fast, especially considering that it had to make its way to the U. S. Upon receipt the embroidery was in white (as was requested in my original/cancelled order) not blue as we’d ultimately settled on throughout our email exchanges. When I reached out regarding this discrepancy, they replied very quickly and were quick to offer solutions. Though the timeframe didn’t allow for an exchange, they righted the mistake in the form of a partial refund. They also answered questions and advised on whether to try dying the thread (crazy of me to ask, I know). Despite the color snafu due to prolonged communication, I cannot recommend them highly enough to any brides that want a quick, quality, guided, and highly communicative service.

Working with the company was very smooth and professional and the veil is absolutely lovely. The veil was packaged in a pretty gift box with a hand written note, giving it a very personal touch. I will definitely order for my other daughter!

Prior to ordering I reached out with questions about which color I should order for my dress and the responses I received from Sarah were extremely helpful! The veil is gorgeous and so well made and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!!!
