Haven’t received my item after a week and a half, seems to have been lost in the post which is not B3n3th’s fault but they have not dealt with it well. I was promised a replacement but that hasn’t arrived either (and I’ve not had any tracking info for it so I don’t think it’s been sent). Communication has been slow - there is a web chat for customer service but replies take several hours and often not til next day so may as well be email. Overall not very impressed with customer service. Cannot comment on product as not received!

I am yet to receive my parcel. I emailed after 2 weeks and was informed there were stock issues and whether I would like a different pair, but when was I going to be informed about this? Makes you wonder if I didn’t email what would’ve happened. Still haven’t received anything or hear back when I responded, very poor service
