Bjorn USA - New (Centra)

I ordered two pair of tennis shorts, but the shorts sent did not match the colors shown on the website. I sent a request for an exchange and didn't receive a response. After another week or so, I sent a followup, and still no response. This is the worst customer service I recall receiving from any company, large or small, I definitely will not do business with this company again.
