Pants are very bad quality. Just to wear at home. Sweaters became little after washing ( 30degrees and 600 spin they were washed). This should not have happend

Unfortunately, my shopping experience was not good. I will rather be honest, so maybe you can improve. (Some companies are doing it very well, others are not so good, so there must be a way). The shipping to Switzerland was not great with additional customs fees and the hassle of collecting them. That information was not clearly presented on your site, at least not to a level that the normal eye could spot them. Your customer service was lukewarm and slightly arrogant, but not much helping (I thought this is their main goal). But I love the product anyway :)
