no problems on your side neither DHL who transported the package to France but the local transporter is completely incompetent. I never recieved it. without getting a reason. Been buying their underwear for years and extremely satisfied with the ordering and delivery process. Easy and efficient. Bit of a challenge with the quality of some of the seams on the underwear, but still the best fit I have ever had
