I've purchased three shirt from Barbour. They are all outstanding. I have not dealt with their customer service but it seems to be a stand-up label.

The customer service is great, responsive, caring and friendly

This is my first Barbour jacket and I have to say that I’m impressed. The jacket fits true to size and works well for formal or casual occasions.

Great product and great service.
