Great customer service, great bags- all that I need.

It is my favorite bag and the Away customer service is top-top!

I contacted Away in order to get a small part to fix my damaged suitcase. Away responded by sending me a new suitcase. I can’t ask for any better customer service than that. Thank you

My online order when really well. Easy Peasy. Received a damaged bag, and Away was super quick about sending me a new bag and helping return the damaged bag. Was very please with the customer service!
