By far, the most valuable part of Away luggage is their customer service. After my last trip, I noticed a tear in the zipper's lining that prevented me from zipping up the mesh compartment. I contacted Away's support team and they sent me a brand new suitcase right away for no extra charge. I don't know what caused the zipper to tear, but the fact that it was so easy to solve with no extra frustration means that I'd feel confident buying any Away product in the future. Would recommend.
