I LOVE my Away. I’m a flight attendant and I love to see our passengers away carryons fit perfectly snug in the overhead bins. I rave about the brand and it’s excellent customer service. I needed assistance with my previous carry on that needed wheel replacement, and the representative went above and beyond to help me with a seamless process. I have the flex carryon that I mainly use for my work trips and the holder /groove on the bottom is excellent for that extra support and grip to lift my suitcase into the bins. The expandable zipper definitely helps when I shop on my trips. I also own the black and got my fiancé the silver aluminum bigger carryons and we LOVE them for when we travel with fragile items. It even went to Nepal! 10/10 would recommend.

The first bag I received had an issue with the sheen of the plastic not matching a on the two halves of the suitcase. Customer service was excellent and sent me a new bag after just 2-3 email exchanges. Couldn't ask for more.
