I ordered my Tri Kit in a group order through my run/tri club. We were given samples to try on and see type of material and quality. I tried on an XL tri top and it was a smidge snug. Every other tri top I have ever had, no matter the brand I've had XL. but to be on the safe side I ordered XXL. I did not try on shorts due to sanitary issues and was in a hurry, but used what I learned from trying on the top and ordered an XXL shorts as well. It took longer to get our products than promised and getting any updates or delivery dates were pretty much non existent and communications with Althos was horrible. They made it seem like it was some how our fault. We finally got word that they were done with production but some had failed QC and had to be redone!!! When I finally got my kit I was excited to try on. I was REALLY disappointed though.... My top that I tried on was even smaller than the sample even though I ordered the next size up!!!! And my shorts were true to fit and were extremely to large, by so much the Chamois padding was wadded up as if I had a towel down there!! Had the sample been like that I wouldn't have even ordered. I've never seen SO much padding in a Tri Short and it was even TOO much to wear for cycling shorts!!! So I can truly say I will NEVER recommend Athlos products. And what made all this worse is that I'm on the Board of my Run/Tri Club and we recommended your company to the members in order to get club kits and there were several other members with same issues as me and it makes the Board of Directors look like fools by using your products and having club members waste thier hard earned money as well. We also refunded our sponsors who had paid to get their logos on the kits!!!

My order AO9838 is still incomplete, missing the Split-Zero Bib-Short Men's - DELL Technologies. The jacket arrived 4 days before the event, jersey was delivered minutes before the start of the event Saturday morning and as mentioned above, still missing the matching bib. I have ordered kits for FOA the last 2 years and have not experienced these issues, additionally this year the “large” jersey is a small cut and not as comfortable as the “large” jerseys from the last 2 years - which I ended up having to wear and not matching the remaining 22 members of team.

I ordered a shirt and a hat. The package arrived with the shirt but without the hat. I emailed the help desk but got no response.

sizing on jerseys seemed good but shorts were off for the whole team all the shorts were sent back and now the season is over and we don't have the shorts or a refund

Received first shipment of gear after our first couple of practices. Thankfully they shipped most of the jerseys out befor our first race with the remaining to come a few weeks later. Shorts they sent were all very small for all the different sizes. We collected them and sent them back and still have not received replacements or refunds 4+months later
