Our service rep is outstanding and very accommodating with our custom design. Shirts are decent quality and hold up well for multiple seasons. Fitment is an issue across short products which makes outfitting our team and coaches a challenge. Some tops are a tighter race fit and others not. Not a fan of the Mtn bike shorts. Looks are good but the canvas fabric is stiff and restricting, and the fabric used on the backside to provide stretch doesn’t budge. I would not reorder the shorts. I

The process was easy and fairly fast, pricing was good and nice materials, however the neck on the full zip jersey I ordered is too big and doesn't look good when worn. (the neck opening is way too large for a ladies small) Either my particular jersey was sewn incorrectly or the pattern used is just not scaled to smaller jersey sizes. I ordered 5 items and the other four items were all good. I did have to guess on some sizes (they ended up being ok) because our team "Fit Kit" did not include the XS and XXS sizes. Those sizes are a necessity for a youth team - they need to be included with the fit kit that is sent out...in both mens and ladies sizes.

I purchased a 3x kit, the bibs fit great but the jersey is very long and baggy in the midsection as if it were to fit a person with a 40+ waist and very long torso. The shoulders and chest fit nicely but my waist being a 32 doesn't fit well at all. Im also 6ft 3in tall with average length toso. The ordering and service in reference to shipping and delay notification were outstanding. Any considerations with the sizing of the jersey would be appreciated. See attached pictures.

I ended up with a too large jersey because I could not find a size chart on your site, and went ahead and ordered my usual size. Turns out it was way too big. There were no return instructions. I gave up and gave the jersey away. Too bad because I really liked it.
