Much improvement this year with communication and turnaround time along with the availability of the fit kit. Biggest issue remains with sizing--little correlation of fit kit sizes to actual uniforms. Breakaway jerseys all within millimeters of each other from M to XL--neck opening is seemingly the only difference. Gruve pants ill fitting with M pants too small for a 32 waste (Velcro waist band completely undone).

The jacket is amazing! It is not too heavy or too light. It is super-soft and quiet (not noisy like nylon shells tend to be). The quality is excellent.
