Michael went above and beyond. I called on a Saturday to check on my shoes that I returned. Just to make sure Apex had received the return. I left a voice mail as I called on Saturday, I thought I would hear back from them on Monday However Michael called me back in a few minutes. He asked for the tracking number for my return and I gave it to him. He was able to verify that my return had been received. I was very shocked at being able to resolve this so quickly. Thank you
