Shipping was fast packaging could be a little better

The free shipping can take on the longer side of the window they give you, so on some of my many orders with Andrew Marc, (yes, I have too many costs, but I love them) I pay the 12 bucks to get it faster. Good customer service, too. Oh. I wish Andrew Marc would be able to get me the Real Fur zip on trim for the Narvik cost to swap out for the faux fur one on the Bremen coat. But they don’t sell parts is what I was told when I called. If by some chance they can, hopefully someone will read this and get back to me soon.
