Think it’s appalling that on returning the shoe I was charged to have the shoe sent to me.

Shipping and service was fine but of course couldn't return them because they were sale

Terrible. Take responsibility for your inaccurate sizing and update our website with proper information. I would have been really happy to exchange but not when you made me pay almost $20 to return them, after paying shipping in the first place. Won't be purchasing from you again after this poor experience.

terrible customer service, no one answered my email and i have lost my money. i definitely won’t be using them in the future
