parcel arrived not sure how this is relevant

Delivery was quick

Sizing very small. So can’t wear them .

Unfortunately the emails about whether my order was ready for collection were very confusing. 1 said order was ready to collect & then 2 came saying couldn't dispatch. So I rang the store only to be told 1 pair was at merivale & another at the crossing for collection. I asked that they send the pair from merivale to the crossing & they would ring when this happened. Over a week later I get a reminder phone call that 1 pair was ready for collection from the crossing. So my phone call had not been actioned. I finally got both pairs 2 weeks after ordering them.
