LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! And please offer free returns!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Andrea; the clothes are fab, and the service equally wonderful! Here's some personal feedback that would help me to want to order more often, and perhaps help others as well:
For those of us living in the U.S. (or outside Australia), it's a very big risk to try clothing that may not fit well if there is not a return policy that makes it easy and inexpensive to return. Most of us here are used to getting free shipping and free returns on online items - that takes the risk out of the purchase. It costs nothing and is easy to drop off at UPS etc. With AndAndrea, it's a big hassle and a big expense. I think my first return was close to $30.00!! And because I had to send it through our postal service, I had to wait half an hour in line at the post office (the lines get longer every year!). As a result, I will only order different colors of items I've already purchased and know they will fit, OR I will take a chance on something loose-fitting, knowing that I can have it altered (but even that makes an already pricey item even more expensive). I recently purchased a silky longline shirt (which is gorgeous!!), in my usual s/m, knowing that the other tops I've purchased from you in s/m have been quite roomy. But this shirt is so tight across the shoulders that I can't wear it comfortably. It's not worth the time or expense to return or exchange it, so I will have to give it to someone else. That makes me not want to order again, even though I love everything else about AndAndrea! So I share this in the hope that at some point you will consider offering free and easy returns - or at the very least, free and easy exchanges!
